Handling Time

All of our items are handcrafted, and our standard handling time is 2–3 business days. This allows us to carefully prepare your order before it ships. For custom items, handling time may vary and will be discussed with you directly during the ordering process.

Shipping Time

Once your order is shipped, you can expect delivery within 5–7 business days for standard shipping. If you need your order sooner, we offer upgraded shipping options at checkout.

Shipping Carriers

We currently ship using USPS and FedEx, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Custom Orders

For custom requests or made-to-order items, shipping timelines may differ. We’ll communicate all estimated dates clearly with you before confirming your order.
